Abstract

This paper studies a lot of Roman sculptures that had a function of fountains at Colonia Patricia Corduba, exactly two nymph's statues, a personification of masculine acuatic god and a small fountain wits steps, and are being examinated other pieces -only know by literary references- that probably were used as fountains. Together with his formal analysis, from which it concludes a local elaboration during the second century A.C. begining of the third cent. A.C., we detail his urban signification into the Roman colony.
