Abstract

The location of several archaeological remains next to Cañada del Arco, between Barranco Quitasueños (Albolote) and the Bermejo River (Calicasas), corresponding to approximately 6 km long stretch of a roman aqueduct, has led to a preliminary archaeological study of these water remains in order to provide a historical and geographical context for them. Although some of these remains were discovered in 1972 by Fernández Casado their exact location has been unknown until now.
