Nuevos testimonios sobre la actividad alfarera en Corduba

Abstract

During the development of the archaeological works taken place at the parking of the Plan Parcial R.E.N.F.E. from Córdoba were detected two roman ovens near the place known as Viaducto del Pretorio [vid. Fig. I). They are the first testimonies above these types of structures located at the moment in Colonia Patricia. Their study is very interesting to the knowledge of ceramic works at the city during the first half century A. C. Their relation with some of the dump located some years ago at the neighbourhood can contribute many facts about the probable products that were made in them.
