Abstract

The so-called “Avenida del Corregidor” necropolis is located at the southwestern area of the city of Cordoba. Its chronology last from the Augustan age to the beginnings of the 3rd. C. A. D. We have excavated seventy five cremation and inhumation burials, offering an interesting example of the Roman funerary practices in Colonia Patricia.
