Francisco Javier Simonet and the study of Romance words included in the Mozarab Documents of Toledo (12th and 13th centuries)

Abstract

Detailed and critical study of the Romancisms found by F. J. Simonet in the collection of legal deeds written by the Mozarabs of Toledo, and published after that by A. González Palencia (1926-1930). The work includes an extensive catalogue of Romance words that appear in those legal deeds but were not discussed in the Glosario by Simonet, together with some critical notes on his philological labour in this field.
