Where there two separate Arab translations of Orosius' Histories against the pagans?

Abstract

This article intends to demonstrate that no evidence leads one to think that there were two independent Arabic translations of Orosius’ Histories against pagans, and that all the testimonies known at present depend on the same translation, namely, that represented by the manuscript preserved at Columbia University in the City of New York.
