Abstract

This article presents a theoretical review on cooperative learning, as a methodological strategy, as well as its relationship with music teaching at different educational levels. Its benefits in teaching and learning music are show, as well as experiences, researches and publications related to the subject. The interest of cooperative learning is signified in the attention to student diversity, whose consideration in educational plans is increasingly notorious.
