Organizational learning as a management tool for business improvement. Diagnotic of its use in the hotels of the Cayo Largo del Sur tourist destination (Cuba)

Abstract
Organizations have been incorporating into their practice some management principles that shape what is currently known as organizational learning where new and varied practices are incorporated, bringing with it a change in the Organization and the expansion of a new management scheme based on in knowledge. The objective of the study is to conceive the influence of organizational learning as a management tool in the members of the hotel organizations of Cayo Largo Tourist Destination and as a catalyst for organizational change. It is an exploratory-descriptive type of research, based on a review of the literature on the subject under study and defines the prerequisite elements for applying this management tool. It was established that organizational learning is the cause of change in the behavior of people and management models, expanding organizational stability in the market, improving personal and professional development of workers and business competitiveness.
