The COVID-19 pandemic caused a crisis in the tourism sector worldwide, being the accommodation services one of the most affected because of the restrictions and the fear of traveling by tourists, since now they demand greater security in the establishments and they associate the health crisis with the environmental one; For this reason, the need arises to establish more sustainable internal management and innovation plans in hotels, the article proposes a business plan with a sustainability approach that is reinforced with the incorporation of indicators that evaluate criteria of good practices and corporate social responsibility to design a new lodging offer, which can be replicated in other establishments; The study was carried out at the GH Hotels in the city of Riobamba-Ecuador during 2019 and is presented as a post-pandemic adaptation, where 196 indicators of Good Practices (GP) and 384 indicators of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), were evaluated on environmental, socio-cultural and management criteria, to then solve them and thus build a new offer for a sustainable hotel that contributes to a more environmentally responsible tourism after the pandemic.
