Abstract

In this project, we pretend to study the phenomenon of the evergetism developed in roman Hispania. We will pay attention at religious buildings. Evergetism was an attitude of the aristocracy who use to live in roman cities. Concretely, we will focus in the religious part of this practise, because it was one of the main factors during the romanization process of the peninsula, provoting a lot of new donations. What we know about religious donations is updated here and we study the evergetism from different points of view.
