Resumen: Síntesis de nuestro Trabajo Fin de Master abordado con la idea de continuar la investigación arqueológica e histórica de la arquitectura defensiva en el Valle Medio del Guadalquivir durante el periodo almohade, contribuyendo a la elaboración de un catálogo de fortificaciones en este espacio y a su adecuada adscripción cronotipológica para entender el proceso histórico desde una base
científica. Tras el análisis de los contextos geográfico e histórico en los que se insertan estas fortificaciones y del estado de la cuestión de la arquitectura defensiva almohade en al‐Andalus procedemos a analizar sus restos emergentes para poder confirmar, o no, la presencia de posibles fases constructivas almohades.

Abstract: Synthesis about our End Master tackled with the idea of continuing the research of the archeological and historical investigation about the defensive architecture on the Guadalquivir’s Middle Valley during the almohad time, contributing to the development of a catalog of fortifications on this area and to a correct chronotypologist adscription to understand the historical process from a scientific base. After the analysis of the geographical and historical contexts where these fortifications are inserted and the question about the almohad defensive architecture in al‐Andalus, we are going to analise its emerging remains to confirm, or not, the presence of possible almohad constructive phases.
