Creneida's Editorial Board declares its commitment to an ethical conduct and a rejection of wrong practices in its editorial process, always to preserve the maximum scientific rigor. In order to do this, we scrupulously embrace the code established by the Committee on Publication Ethics [Cope] (Core Practices) (https://publicationethics.org/core-practices) and take into account the ethical policies suggested by Elsevier (http://www.ethics.elsevier.com/).

Anti-plagiarism policy

Creneida. Anuario de Literaturas Hispánica will not publish works that are not unpublished (except for Spanish translations of articles that are considered of difficult access). It also condemns plagiarism and fraud in the scientific articles being evaluated, as well as the parts of previous publications. It has an anti-plagiarism policy in place to guarantee the originality of all manuscripts using specialised anti-plagiarism software Turnitin. These assumptions will lead to the rejection of original works and, if detected in articles already published, their publication would be erased.

Peer Review Process

The original works will be evaluated through a Double-Blind Peer Review system by specialists, discarding those who may present possible conflicts of interest with the subject of the research or with their authors. Those evaluations in which a reviewer refers the need to quote their own research as an indication of quality will be rejected and a third review will be asked when one of the two reports is negative.

Editorial decisions will be accord to the quality and scientific originality of the works, as well as to the journal line of work and compliance with its editorial standards; under no circumstances reasons of race, ideology, gender or sexual option, nationality or academic affiliation will be atended.

The reports will be sent to the authors through electronic mail.
