Abstract

The monograph published by Veroz-González (2022) represents an essential contribution to Translation and Interpretation Studies (TIS, hereafter), as well as to their specific didactics. In a connected and intercultural world, it is crucial to pay special attention to those aspects that concern us as citizens of Europe. Institutional texts produced in parliament have very specific characteristics, which is why they can be considered as specialized language. Therefore, their translation requires an approach from the field of Specialized Translation.
