About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Ramas. Journal of Spanish Language, published by UCOPress at the University of Córdoba, is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to advancing the study of the Spanish grammatical system. The journal welcomes original research and innovative approaches that explore the structures and phenomena of Spanish from diverse disciplinary perspectives, including theoretical, descriptive, and applied linguistics.
Its mission is to foster scholarly exchange within the international research community by serving as a platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge studies and by promoting collaboration and synergies across institutions and research groups.

In addition to research articles, the journal also welcomes book reviews and reports on scholarly events that, due to their novelty (published or held within the last five years, including the current year) and/or originality, represent a significant contribution to the academic study of the Spanish language.
Publication Frequency
Ramas is an annual journal.
Each yearly issue is published no later than December 22.
