IDENTIFICATION METHODS IN ETHNOBOTANY BASED ON THE STUDY OF PLANT MACRO-REMAINS: SEEDS, FRUITS, FIBRES, COALS AND TIMBERS

Abstract

The identification of fragmentary material is one of the biggest difficulties of the Ethnobotanical work. An atlas and collections for comparison are used for the identification of these materials. The preparation and optimum organization of the collections are discussed in this work.
