The names and email addresses entered in CODEX. Anuario de Ciencias Histórico-Jurídicas will be used exclusively for the academic and editorial purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This license allows others to share the work provided that proper credit is given to the author and the work’s first publication in CODEX. Anuario de Ciencias Histórico-Jurídicas is acknowledged, that it is not used for commercial purposes, and that no derivative works are created.

The journal allows and encourages authors to disseminate their published work through electronic platforms, institutional repositories, academic social networks, and personal websites, provided that clear reference is made to the original publication in CODEX.
