In this paper we are going to analyze the Communicative Theory of Law of Professor Gregorio Robles, highlighting its main elements and going deeper into it. The objective is to put the Communicative Theory of Law in connection with the practice of law.
Perhaps it is in this profession where the maxims of the communicational theory of law can justify the need to harmonize the duality between order and system. The need to purify the gross text, which is totally fragmented, and which requires the work of jurists specialized in a certain matter to put it in order, can be extremely effective so that they can interpret and apply the rules with greater coherence.
