El camino recorrido por la clase política española desde la apertura de las Cortes hasta la promulgación de la Constitución. 18 meses que se abren el día 15 de junio de 1977 y se cierran el 29 de diciembre de 1978 con la publicación en el BOE de la nueva Constitución Española. En realidad este camino constituyente no es sino el desarrollo de la Ley para la Reforma Política auténtica piedra angular y punto de partida de lo que conocemos genéricamente bajo el rotulo de Transición Española
