Transgresiones sexuales en la Modernidad: los casos de Cabra y Rute (Córdoba)

Con el presente trabajo queremos constatar que la mujer a lo largo de los siglos ha sido objeto de violencia sexual por parte del varón, no siendo por tanto la "violencia de género" una realidad surgida en nuestros días. Las conductas cometidas por el hombre contra las mujeres en dicho ámbito durante la Modernidad se circunscribían en el mundo penal, concretamente en los capítulos "Delitos contra el matrimonio, contra la moral sexual dominante y la violencia". Tales actos competían a los autos judiciales y de ellos nos han llegado un amplio elenco, específicamente, de dos pueblos de la campiña cordobesa: Cabra y Rute, depositados hoy en día en el Archivo Histórico Provincial de Córdoba, adscritos a la edad Moderna, y de los cuales analizaremos varios ejemplos
