This research article tries to expose the importance of the Germanic element. In a specific way we frequent the Germanic monuments and institutions, which invaded the Iberian Peninsula approximately the fifth century, and that exemplkar, the illustrious researcher Eduardo de Hinojosa y Naveros, in his fundamenxtal work The Germanic element in Spanish law, exposes and analyzes three types of barbarian customs in which they refer to the singular way of impoartir justice by the citizens in most of the pooblackiones of our Country, in an anecdotic way we will say that it was done with the consent of the power of the State. This happens at the beginning of a Bajadad Media until the beginning of skiglo XV.
