Editorial Team’s Functions
The Editorial Team of Creneida. Anuario de Literaturas Hispánicas is formed by its founder and director, the Editorial Board and a large and prestigious International Scientific Committee.
Management Team
The Editor is the highest institutional authority of the journal, assuming the chairmanship of the Editorial Board and the responsibility of appointing or dismissing its members, as well as those of the International Scientific Committee. He also supervises the delegation of functions of both the Council and the Committee and, ultimately, has the power to approve or reject the publication of a manuscript.
His/her responsibilities also include planning the editorial content, providing guidelines to authors regarding the style and context of monographs, miscellany, the “Lessons and Teachers” section, and reviews. He/she also guarantees the accuracy and veracity of the information available on the journal's web portal and ensures compliance with the review process and communication with the authors, in accordance with the established regulations.
In addition, the editor is responsible for the identification, management and maintenance of the indexing bases and distribution lists for the journal. He/she also issues the certificates that formally accredit the veracity of the texts and assists the editors of each monograph (never less than two specialists) in any circumstance derived from the submission and evaluation of the papers.
Editorial Board
The members of the Editorial Board are appointed and, if necessary, dismissed by the editor. Its main function is to scientifically support the definition of the content and style of Creneida. Anuario de Literaturas Hispánicas, setting the guidelines for the submission of manuscripts and the design of each issue. They will also supervise the correct reception, evaluation and acceptance of the originals.
International Scientific Committee
The International Scientific Committee will advise the Management Team in the search for a high quality and relevant publication. It is formed by a group of researchers with a doctoral degree and recognized international prestige in their area of knowledge. Together with the Director, they will assume the periodic evaluation of the academic results. In addition, they will provide scientific support to the Editorial Board and may serve as high-level evaluators. They will also contribute to the international dissemination of the journal.
