Abstract

This article contains an explanation of the experience of the Final Degree Project (FDP) in the
Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona. It describes the categories, aims and competences
to be validated. The article explains the general categories of the FDP (case study, dictámen,
simulation, memory, research work and aother activities) as well as the experience within the legal
clinic at Dret al dret. The article pointed out that the DDP must be understand as an intermediate
level between the papers submitted by the students in the lectures adn the Final Master Projects. It
also highligh the need for a greater link between FDP and the social and legal reality.
