El TFG: sus modalidades, objetivos y competencias a validar. reflexiones a partir de la experiencia en la Facultad de Derecho de la UCM

Abstract

The present paper is focused in two fundamental aspects for the design and
development of the final dissertations: on one side, the objectives and competences to
be evaluated and, on the other side, the modalities that the dissertations can adopt. The
aim is to individualise these elements in their respective regulatory framework and
analyse how they are implemented in the design of the final dissertations of the Law
Degree in the UCM, and in particular the dissertations tutored by the Constitutional
Law Department. Finally, the paper tries to individualise the potential problems and
provide some reflexions regarding their academic treatment.
