Abstract

In the new study plans, the tutorial function reaches a key role in the process of student
learning. Unlike the old concept of action tutorial that existed in the old undergraduate,
currently student tutoring by the teacher is an essential part of their teacher learning. In
the case of work to grade this function takes a greater role to be necessary for the
teacher to track student to guide from inception to completion of final project. Through
this work we will discuss what functions the tutor should develop during the tutoring of
the final project are and what is the assessment we can make of its regulation and
operation in the Degree in Law at the University of Málaga after two years of
experience.
