Abstract

Given the impulse that Restorative Justice is acquiring at both doctrinal and
practical levels, it is necessary to implement it as a subject of the Degree in Law,
thus promoting among students the knowledge of possible ways of peaceful
resolution of conflicts among citizens. A doctrinal and pragmatic study will be
promoted through the use of methods such as moot cours, case method and the
visualization of fiction TV shows and films to offer a knowledge and a current vision
of the institutions.
