Abstract

The concept of gender is an essential category of analysis in the legal and
social areas. The lack of introduction of this perspective in teaching and research
produces negative and biased consequences both of the presence and participation
of women in all areas of knowledge, in the treatment and interpretation of law and
therefore, in achieving justice and equality.
Training students with this perspective in the applied activities is necessary
for the future performance of their professions. To do this we can use role playing
techniques and simulation activities to understand the mistakes they could make in
their jobs if they do not incorporate a gender look and learn the best way to act from
this standpoint.
