La enseñanza del Derecho mercantil a través del aprendizaje basado en problemas y de la actualidad jurídica

Problem Based Learning is one of the most successful methodologies in teaching
derived from the European Higher Education Area. Despite the fact that Law is a
discipline that probably has little tendency to introduce new approaches in teaching, I
consider that the ABP has enormous potential in subjects that, such as commercial law,
are connected with the business world and develop content mainly practical. In this work
I try to analyze the remarkable possibilities that it presents, more specifically, when
applying it to commercial contracts, developing the results obtained in the optional
subject of commercial law taught in the Degree in Business Administration and
Management of the University of Zaragoza.
