The resource to national and International constitutional Jurisprudence as instrument for the Teaching of rights

This document aims to underline once again the utilities of jurisprudence as
a teaching resource. In a legal framework characterized by its complexity and
openness to diverse legal systems, jurisprudence thus shows its benefits as a tool
for the complete training of the jurist. In this context, the legal professional must be
able to face the complexity of current legal problems with solvency and rigor. For
this, the analysis of the relevant jurisprudence in this discipline offers a complete
vision of the materials and sources of knowledge. As well as interpretation and
argumentation techniques for conflict resolution. Thus, this study insists on the
usefulness of this classic resource in legal training on fundamental rights. This is
indicated by the complex legal reality marked by its dynamism and interrelation
and the existence of a multilevel system of protection.
