Abstract

 

The implementation of the new Degree in Spanish Universities have not had the virtue of strengthening the European Union Recommendations or requirements relating to duty mainstreaming of gender mainstreaming in the new Degree of the European Higher Education . On the contrary, the study of epistemological field of gender, should be a core principle that thrilling through all degrees, depending on its nature, has been sadly frustrated. Still, despite that were violated in the process of implementation of new degree programs such forecasts, this paper consign a methodology on a particular mode of reading of the Spanish Constitution, which allows, in a way we think more successful, the integration of gender research in curriculum design, particularly in the course of Constitutional Law.
