Abstract

In this article, he makes a review of more than 50 articles where it was possible to synthesize the results of various studies focused on communication and well-being of mental health applied directly to the human being. Coming to observe that the applications of communications in today's society play a very important role because in all actions carried out directly or indirectly, human beings communicate by transmitting a persuasive message for our recipients. However, being able to achieve the well-being of mental health is entirely related to communications, the brain, which is a continuous receiver of information, is the one who generates these emotional states depending on whether the communication is timely and truthful. Through this research we will be able to demonstrate that communications are a very important area to improve the mental health of citizens, therefore, public and private entities communicate with the aim of being able not only to inform but to generate well-being in their target audience, improving in this way the quality of life of citizens.
Thus, it should be noted that the research is aimed at improving the social and integral development of the inhabitants, achieving emotional development in them through the appropriate use of communications.

Laura Alvarez Master in Public Relations and Social Responsibility Specialist in Public Management from the National University of Trujillo, specializing in political marketing, government communication and ceremonial - state protocol. Recognized as a successful graduate in Communication Sciences from the National University of Trujillo, speaker at various educational events related to Public Relations in the State. Currently Deputy Manager of Communication and Institutional Image of the Provincial Municipality of Otuzco.
