La tripartición de la justicia en los comentarios de Tomás de Vio a Summa theologiae II-II, qq. 57-62
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper compares the Cajetan commentaries to the notion of justice held by Aquinas in S. Th. II-II, qq. 57-62. A synthesis of such definition is offered from the collected notes. Turning to the «tripartition» notion we explain the fundamental differences between the commentaries of Thomas de Vio and Aquinas. As a conclusion, we offer some arguments regarding the applied effects that such a notion implies for the Ethical reflection, as well as the influence it could have had in later philosophical thought.
