La importancia de la formación del alumnado en materia de nuevas tecnologías

Abstract

Nowadays, the impact that new technologies have on the many facets of our daily lives is undeniable, giving rise to a multitude of legal relationships. Specialised training is therefore increasingly necessary to advise on the implementation or development of new technologies and to resolve the many legal problems that their use raises. The aim of this paper is to provide a general approach to the importance of new technologies in the training of lawyers and, more specifically, in the training of students of constitutional law. Currently, it is essential that future legal professionals, when they complete their training, are familiar with the most relevant areas affected by new technologies and, in the field of constitutional law, with their effects on fundamental rights, in order to be able to provide an adequate defence of these rights.
