Abstract

New times demand the adaptation of the contents and subjects in the teaching of Constitutional Law to innovative teaching methodological models. Starting from the experience of the so-called Improvement Cycles in the
classroom, we share the result of the application of a possible didactic model. This is based on the students´ previous ideas and, through a sequence of activities on the key problems of the subject to be taught, investigates their final knowledge and thus assesses their real learning. It requires a great effort on the part of the teacher and also of the student, but it is undoubtedly a very useful instrument to improve our work as teachers.
