Research techniques and methodologies allow students to develop skills and abilities of analysis, reflection and argumentation at the same time that they are trained.
Research, aimed at obtaining new knowledge and its application to solve scientific problems, is a continuous stimulus for the development of the student that favors the growth of knowledge in the various scopes of knowledge and contributes to the improvement of their Educative development.
The objective of this paper is to approach the teaching of initiation to research in undergraduate students as a learning tool that links the traditional theoretical content with theoretical and practical information collected directly by the students. In this way, it is intended to ensure that the student becomes a participant in learning and has a more critical view of what he learns.
