Complementing the master classes with practical sessions in which
students have the possibility to strengthen theoretical knowledge and develop new
skills, playing a more active and participatory role in the classroom, has been one
of the challenges of the famous "Bologna Process". This novelty has meant a
rethinking in the techniques used by the teaching staff, which has faced the new
needs imposed by the European Space for Higher Education plan with enthusiasm
and inventiveness, predisposing very different modalities for the practical sessions.
The purpose of this study is to highlight the potentialities of the most
traditional techniques and materials in the field of constitutional law, to propose a
use of them as beneficial as possible to the demands of current students.
