Abstract

Constitutional law presents a series of characteristics that allow a greater
breadth in its modes of teaching. Among all the possibilities related to teaching
innovation, we advocate the insertion of elements that allow optimal teaching of the
subject. Specifically, we highlight the use of new technologies, supported by
traditional methods such as encouraging reading, writing and the generation of
debates on the subject. All this with the aim of reinforcing the expression skills of
law students, so the insertion of these teaching tools will lead to an improvement in
the training of students. Above all, with the opportunities derived from the teaching
of fundamental rights and their integration into the legal system, a clear relationship
can be established between the possibilities of learning and the improvement of
expression skills, which is why it is emphasized that constitutional law It is the right
setting to enhance these skills that are so necessary in the training of law students.
