DOI:

The article presents the characteristics of a teaching innovation technique
applicable in Fundamental Rights classes and that has proven very useful, on the
one hand, for students to become interested in reading constitutional and
supranational jurisprudence and, on the other, to develop new skills and abilities in
them. The proposal consists of a method in which the students become the
protagonists of some of the sessions and prepare presentations in very small groups
on theory and sentences (both related to fundamental rights). The text describes in
detail how to prepare this type of activity, how to solve some of the problems that
may arise from its implementation and the contributions and benefits of using this
technique for students.
