Abstract

This teaching material offers a way to learn about the different existing systems of constitutional justice through the examination of the famous Marbury vs. Madison case in a practical way. The purpose of the activity is for the student to obtain a general perspective of constitutional control, starting from the logic of its origin, which means that their learning is not based on theoretical explanation but on practical knowledge acquired through various sources. The student must conduct their own research based on provided material and a series of questions that guide their reasoning, in order to complete the training itinerary for the different existing systems of constitutional control.
