Abstract

For years, the promotion of innovation in university teaching has aimed to make learning more interactive and participatory. Within this framework, a gamification activity based on escape rooms is proposed. Designed for students enrolled in the Administrative Law course, the activity simulates a scenario where participants take on the role of members of a prestigious law firm and are tasked with resolving several legal issues within a limited timeframe.

This approach not only allows students to test their theoretical knowledge in a practical and dynamic setting but also exposes them to situations similar to those they may encounter in their professional practice. The activity seeks to enrich the learning process by combining the study of course content with its practical application in an engaging and enjoyable way. Moreover, it fosters the development of key competencies such as legal information management, reading comprehension, the contextualization of administrative law concepts, and teamwork.
