Desarrollo de la competencia digital docente en profesores de Geografía e Historia

Abstract
La sociedad actual se encuentra inmersa en un contexto eminentemente digital, donde el desarrollo de destrezas y habilidades que permitan emplear de manera eficaz los elementos tecnológicos que existen se ha convertido en una necesidad. Si bien es cierto que esta realidad ha llegado a todos los sectores de la sociedad, resulta fundamental que los docentes tengan un buen nivel en materia digital para poder formar adecuadamente a su alumnado. Por ello, el objetivo general de este estudio es conocer el nivel de competencia digital entre los docentes de Geografía e Historia. Se ha empleado para ello una metodología cuantitativa, empleando para dar respuesta al objetivo propuesto una encuesta, participando un total de 330 profesores de Geografía e Historia que imparten clases en las etapas educativas de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y/o Bachillerato. Entre los principales resultados, cabe destacar que la mayoría tiene un nivel en CDD A2. Como conclusión, es importante señalar que los recursos tecnológicos deben de ser accesibles y que faciliten los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje
