Abstract

This article aims to analyse the expenditure of tourists visiting the city of Bogotá during concerts. The research was based on a quantitative study carried out between September and December 2023, through surveys conducted at the most representative event venues in the city of Bogotá and its metropolitan area. The results show a wide variability in transport expenditures, suggesting different behaviours and preferences of visitors. Likewise, the type of sampling was carried out with the SPSS tool based on Person's correlation. Furthermore, it was found that cultural and musical events not only attract visitors, but also promote cultural exchange and sustainability.
