Authors who publish in the journal C3-BIOECONOMY: Circular and Sustainable Bioeconomy agree to the following terms:

a) Authors retain the copyright of their works without restrictions and grant the journal the right of first publication. Works are simultaneously published under a open access license Licencia de reconocimiento de Creative Commons. This license allows third parties to copy, distribute, and publicly communicate the work, as well as create derivative works, provided that the original authorship and initial publication in this journal are acknowledged, no commercial use is made, and the resulting content is distributed under the same license.

b) Authors are expressly authorized to enter into separate, non-exclusive licensing arrangements for the distribution of the published version of their work (e.g., depositing the final publisher's PDF version in an institutional repository of their choice, academic networks, or their personal website), with the sole condition that initial publication in C3-BIOECONOMY is clearly and explicitly acknowledged.

c) Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to share and disseminate their work online (e.g., in preprint servers, institutional repositories, or personal websites) prior to and during the submission process. This practice fosters early scientific exchange and contributes to increasing the visibility and impact of the published work.
