Who are We Talking about when We Say ‘Juan Carlos Rodríguez’?

Main Article Content

Pedro RUIZ PÉREZ

Abstract

Undoubtedly, the contributions intrinsic to J.C. Rodríguez's work of critical revelation are of unquestionable value. However, this value could be matched by the magnitude of his transcendence in areas where the indirect fecundity of his figure and his work has operated. This has been the case, firstly, in the acclimatisation of the conceptual horizon in the Spanish academy, opening a breach in its interested formalisms to make viable in our classrooms and publications the discourses of a materialist order (from the material bibliography), sociological or of a renewed historicism.
