About the Journal

The journal is a semi-annual, open-access, scientific or academic publication that disseminates original research results (free of charge) and peer-reviewed academic contributions. Its content is organized into two annual issues and is aimed at the scientific community to communicate advances, validate findings, and ensure the quality and safeguarding of knowledge, hence its inclusion in the Lockss archiving system: https://journals.uco.es/dyd/gateway/lockss. This journal is published by the Department of Administrative Law and funded by the University of Córdoba within the framework of several Teaching Innovation Projects. The journal will publish articles containing reflections on teaching in the legal field, as well as teaching materials that are horizontal in nature or that, even if related to a specific legal subject, are of particular interest due to their innovative character or the methodology or tools applied. It will also, though to a lesser extent, be open to publishing other teaching resources. Therefore, its purpose is to serve as a vehicle for university professors to publish, guaranteeing their authorship and the corresponding recognition for curricular purposes, reflections on teaching activity and innovative teaching materials that they have created.
