Abstract

The teaching project, which has been carried out in the academic year 2021/2022 in the subject Constitutional Law II, at the University of Lleida, consists of following the well-known flipped class methodology in the theoretical classes,
and a recreation of real cases in the practical sessions, where the students, in groups of 6 people, work throughout the course with 6 sentences in which, with the information contained in them, they must take the place of the applicant, the public prosecutor's office, State attorney (where appropriate) or to write a particular vote
(when there is none in the sentences). Although there are difficulties derived, above all, from the high number of enrolled students, the project has served, fundamentally, for an early detection, prior to evaluation, of errors of understanding when working on the contents of the subject.
