Abstract

The incorporation of a legal clinic as a teaching instrument in Law Faculties implies
a paradigm shift in teaching, oriented towards the search for a comprehensive training of
the student as a future jurist. In this context, the design of a penitentiary legal clinic allows
setting up a space for legal advice for a particularly vulnerable group, that of persons
deprived of liberty in a prison.
