Abstract

This work aimed to promote the practical study of Food Chemistry through the use of the media. To this end, the students carried out searches of news about Food Chemistry and then worked on it by making an exhibition about it. The results obtained were very satisfactory, being the activity very well valued by the majority of the students who participated in it.
