La traducción jurídica español-chino en torno a la defensa del consumidor
Main Article Content
Abstract
The accelerated globalization process of the 21st century fosters the unstoppable growth of communication between different languages and cultures. At present, the Chinese community is abundant in Spain and today represents a large consumer group. However, the linguistic and cultural differences constitute a major barrier to the defense of their legitimate rights as consumers. Therefore, this article analyzes the linguistic characteristics of these two legal languages to show the specific difficulties of Spanish-Chinese legal translation and to provide suitable strategies for this type of translation.
