Abstract

Over several decades of teaching Administrative Law, there has been an increasing difficulty for students to leave the classroom with a consolidated knowledge of the main issues of each subject. The overabundance of applicable rules and a regulation that is almost impossible to cover leads us to a return to the rigorous study of the basic principles that consolidate the knowledge of the students
