Abstract

The article describes the teaching innovation project conducted at the Catholic University of Valencia, focused on delivering the course “Law of Information and Communication Technologies”.

The project employs three methodologies: the case method or problem-solving, simulation, and project-based learning. Students work in groups simulating law firms, addressing practical cases related to data protection and other technology-related rights. Additionally, they develop a website to consolidate their knowledge. The results show a significant improvement in students' learning and motivation.
